Tennessee Licensed General Contractor
Authorizes P2 to manage all aspects of residential and commercial construction projects. This license covers project management, structural work, and oversight of every phase from foundation to final walkthrough.
Tennessee Electrical License #76315
Authorizes P2 to design, install, and maintain all residential and commercial electrical systems. From service panels and branch circuits to lighting design and smart home wiring — handled entirely in-house.
Tennessee Licensed Plumber
Authorizes P2 to install and service all plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain-waste-vent (DWV) systems, water heaters, fixtures, and gas piping. No subcontracted plumbing crews.
Tennessee HVAC/Mechanical License
Authorizes P2 to install and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Includes load calculations, ductwork design, equipment selection, and commissioning for optimal efficiency.
